Introducing a stunning great room/ open concept living home with 3 bedrooms on Marco Island. Features a screened lanai with gorgeous gardens. Heated in ground/ southern exposure pool is equipped with sundeck, four lounge chairs, outdoor dining and seating for 8 in the lanai. Gorgeous garden and pool views from nearly every window.
Highly walkable as there are bars, restaurants, coffee shop & grocery store within two blocks. 1.9 mi from Tiger tail Beach, 2.8 mi from South Beach and 2 mi from Residents Beach.
The great room has seating for six comfortably, flat screen TV, games and puzzles for indoor entertaining.
Well equipped kitchen opens to the dining, living space and the lanai. Eat-in kitchen features granite breakfast bar, breakfast bar, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung refrigerator, granite countertops, blender, coffee pot, tea pot and Keurig.

What a wonderful month we had at this house. Great location especially if you like to walk to restaurants and shops. The house itself was very comfortable with a great lay out. The Backyard was unreal. Spent most of our days there because it was hard to leave such a great pool and lanai area. Niki, our host was awesome . Very responsive and friendly which adds to a great stay. I will stay here again and again!

A lovely home and pool. A great location for getting around on the island. Stores and restaurants close by. The house had everything we needed, and when we did ask for something, Niki was happy to oblige. She was great to work with.

There's always nervousness when booking through these sites that what you get won't be what you see. This property is all that was promised and more. It is beautiful - very well maintained and the layout is perfect for a long term stay with family. We (my wife and I, and mother) stayed for just over two months and had family join us for a few weekends. The pool and the overall layout (and all the 'things' you need for nice daily living - like coffee machines, dishes, plates, etc) were first class. The garden is lovely. It was resort living. Before we came, there was some nervousness because the house is on a main road. But once the front door was closed, we were in our own slice of paradise. And the location was a great benefit - we walked to stores (driving in the Publix parking lot was crazy), restaurants and events at Veteran's Park (like live music, farmers market and art fair). When we did drive, we were only 10 minutes from almost everywhere. Nicki was awesome -- answering questions and providing great ideas for what to do when we were there. Loved Marco Island and even more, loved this location ! Highly recommend for couples and families !
