The Space:
This well-appointed property boasts a southern exposure, private screened-in pool featuring a volleyball net. Watch the kids frolic in the pool while you enjoy watching the large flat-screen cable TV mounted under the lanai. Enjoy the private pool, nearby beach (access is included), or lakeside park minutes away!
As you step into this lovely home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 12 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush reclining sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the newly updated stainless steel appliances. Or grill out on the new gas grill with upper rack.
Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs. Best of all, this home’s lanai features a delightfully shaded sitting area served by a flat-screen cable TV. Watch the kids in the pool while enjoying your favorite entertainment. When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a king bed, second bedroom a queen, and the third has three twin beds including a roll out. What's more, the brand new living room sectional sofa is a queen sleeper with super-comfy memory foam. The bedding is all high quality and brand new and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable smart TVs in the bedrooms, family room, and lanai.
Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

Guest have private access to the entire home and garage. Includes: 4 brand new beach cruiser bicycles, 4+ beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, pool towels, etc. Check-in is contact free.
The Neighborhood:
Marco Island is known for its pristine beaches - located just minutes away. The island’s newly renovated lakefront park is nearby. Enjoy its walking path, dog park, volleyball courts, botchy ball, basketball court, billiards, and table tennis, all literally beside your “Island Beach House” vacation rental. The kids can play to their heart’s content in the park’s extensive playground and splash pool.
The island offers a scenic golf course, marina, bike path, restaurants, and shops. You can also take a short drive to the mainland to access all of the fabulous activities and attractions offered there. From airboat rides, to the Naples Zoo, to fresh seafood dining, enjoyable adventure awaits. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time on Marco Island, you're sure to have an incredible getaway when you book this stunning vacation rental house!
Getting Around:
It's an island. Everything's nearby! In fact, Marco Island was voted number one island in the USA recently by Trip Advisor.
The white sand beach, Mackle Park, boating marina, shops, dining, are just a few minutes drive. Your family can tour the island on the four brand new “Beach Cruiser” bicycles provided for you in the garage awaiting your adventure.
Other Things to Note:
The southern exposure pool is electric heated to 85 degrees all year. No worries, it's always warm! This upscale home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach by car, 10 minutes by bike (provided), or a 20-30 minute walk.
Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

The property was clean and organized as advertised, the only problem was one of the beds was broken on our arrival. No a bid problem that diminished our like of the property. It was a fun experience my girls love it as they sleep in the same room. Everything was close by. We loved the chairs and the car that you could put everythin in it and save you time and effor. We loved the house. It got everything tgat we needed for our stay thank you for all the effort that the owners put in mantaining the peoperty in that state.

This was our first time to Marco Island and we will definitely return. We enjoyed visiting local shops, restaurants, and the beach. The area is beautiful! We enjoyed our accommodations as well. On the days we were not at the beach, we enjoyed time in the pool relaxing as a family.

The property was very clean, as were the towels, sheets, and all bedding!!! However, the 2 little beds in one of the bedrooms were really uncomfortable. The location was perfect!!!!

Plenty of towels. The pool was heated to a perfect temp. and we enjoyed the patio area. Farmer’s Market on Wednesday was a walkable distance and had some delicious food. It’s an easy drive to S. Marco Beach, which we visited several days.
