This modern and functional studio, located on the 5th floor with elevator in a secured residency, consists of a living space of 20 sq. m and includes :
- a bright living space with comfortable double bed,
- 1 bathroom with a shower,
- a well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, household products, hair-dryer, ironing equipment, fan
- TV and WI-FI.

Located in the Presqu’Île, Lyon commercial and cultural heart, and Part-Dieu, economical center, you will be at the best place to discover the city. It will just take you a metro ride to go to the Old Lyon, to Fourvière and Croix-Rousse hills, and discover « traboules » streets and « bouchons » restaurants that have made the city’s renown.

Guillotière metro station (metro D, tramway T1) → 4 min by walk
Part-Dieu train station → 15 min by transports or 7 min by car
Saint Exupéry Airport → 50 min by transports or 30 min by car
