The Edgewater 44

Perfect fairytale view, lots of space, very reasonably priced. Nothing better than opening your eyes and the first thing you see is the waves.

The master bathroom had used soap and a loofah left from the previous guests, there were baby food crumbles in several places in the master bedroom, the master bathroom towel rack was hanging half way out of the wall, and the ceiling looks kind of crusty almost like water damage in a few places but overall wasn't bad and was easy to overlook for the price and amazing view.

I loved pretty much everything about this property. It was so unique and had every type of amenity I could think of plus! The patio facing the beach was wonderful. 10/10 would do it again. Price was great also!

There was a code to get to the swimming pool and beach area. I looked through all messages and could not find the code. I ended up having to call and wait on hold to get it.

Having to pay extra at another location (pier 33) for additional parking ($50 per night) when the parking lot was pretty much empty the entire week

The property was in a great location to beach and restaurants. The room condition is horrible. This suite should not be rented until you fix all the issues.

The balcony’s condition was poor. There is mold throughout the suite. It is run down and outdated. Only 1/2 electrical outlets worked. One sparked when we plugged something in. Jamie was great about working with us. We are supposed to get a partial refund for our stay due to the condition of the unit.
