Sage House - Carozzi Apartments

De host was super aardig en reageerde super snel via mobiel en whatsapp. De accommodatie ligt naast het metrostation wat heel handig is want je staat met een kwartier in het centrum!

De airco is niet super maar wel voldoende voor een goede nachtrust.

I liked the fact that the location has a metro station less than 50 m away, that it also has an ALDI supermarket less than 100 m and has a good value for money score. We arrived late at the property and found the keys at the location, with very detailed instructions on how to access the property. The host is a very nice & kind person and always replied in a timely manner to my messages and recommanded place where we can dine thought out the city.

Two things I disliked: 1. It was too hot inside (around 28,3 °C) and the air conditioning was too small of a unit (portable, not mounted on the wall) for a room that tall. Even when set on the lowest setting the temperature inside didn't drop below 26 °C. 2. The second thing was the cleanliness: the property could use a deep clean. The main areas that are commonly used looked to be all right, but there were a lot of dusty spots all around the house (especially corners) and the cabinets of the kitchen were sticky.

Overall, we had a good stay. The noise from the nearby metro station and the church bells next door didn’t bother us at all. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped and had everything we needed.

The shower ceiling was a little moldy, and we noticed what appeared to be some pubic hair left on the walls and in the shower tray. That was a bit unpleasant….

Soppalco con una scala di accesso veramente a rischio caduta Letto poggiato a terra non dava idea di pulizia Divano letto impossibile da utilizzare come divano in quanto non era possibile poggiare la schiena senza sentire la parte del letto nella schiena stessa Assenza di un armadio
