About this house rental

Enjoy the front row views of the famous Maroon Bells and Pyramid Peak, Highlands, and Buttermilk Ski Areas, as well as the immense green space of the Aspen Golf Course. This new contemporary home has floor to ceiling windows that bring the outside views inside and was thoughtfully designed with great living spaces. There are three entertaining areas, the living room with fireplace, the family room with large smart media and game table and the roof top deck to have sunset drinks or just soak in the sunshine. This home has air-conditioning and radiant heat throughout. The main floor has a wonderful contemporary Chef's kitchen and a dining room that seats 10 people, as well as the kitchen bar to seat more. Just off the dining room and living room are outside patios with grass and gardens. Next to the living room is a private office for those who cannot leave their work when on vacation. You enter the kitchen through a custom mud room off the large garage that has storage for bicycles, skis and more. There are five bedrooms each with a bath en-suite. The master bedroom has spectacular views, light and a large bath with a steam shower, soaking tub, private deck, washer/dryer, and walk-in closet. Each of the other bedrooms are roomy with beautiful bathrooms. This wonderful quiet neighbor is only minutes from downtown Aspen by car, bike, or bus. Enjoy this 5,250 square foot home including the 2-car garage. Bedding: King, King, Queen, Queen, Queen.
