This elegant two-level, 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom deluxe townhouse is a rare vacation rental in downtown Aspen, accommodating up to 16 guests in our most popular building, the Fasching Haus.
Combining two three-bedroom deluxe condominiums, this rental includes two living areas and two kitchens, connected by a door on the second floor in the primary living areas. Guests enjoy the dual master bedrooms, gas fireplaces, private balcony overlooking the pool, and partial air conditioning. This Fasching Haus 6-bedroom condominium also features many upgrades, including hardwood floors, beautiful millwork, plush linens, and two washers/dryers within the unit. A spiral staircase separates the two levels.
