We rented the house for my son’s wedding for family that came in from Oklahoma, Texas and Denver. This house was perfect for us and gave the opportunity to walk to town. I would absolutely rent this one again for a gathering in Aspen.

We found the house comfortable, clean, spacious, and well-located. We walked in and out of downtown Aspen daily, as well as to trails and to the Aspen Institute/Music Festival. The kitchen could benefit from a few sharp knives - otherwise well-appointed. We would stay again!

Heating and plumbing need some work. It was either unbearably hot or freezing cold. The old windows maybe let cold air in. For the money we would rather stay in a hotel.
