About this house rental
Nestled in the exclusive West End of Aspen, this new to market 4-bedroom home is the ideal location for those who seek not only tranquility, but easy access to everything Aspen/Snowmass and the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. A perfect blend of “getting away from it all,” but also a short walk or bike ride into the exciting downtown core of Aspen and all of its amenities.
This home offers abundant living spaces with high ceilings and large windows, sonos system, combined with elevator access to all 3 levels, an oversized 2 car garage, and a cozy, quiet fenced-in backyard.
The top level includes an oversized primary suite that offers 2 full bathrooms, a soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and framed views of Aspen Mountain from the picture windows. 2 other bedrooms, one with a king and another with a king or 2 twin option, are located upstairs and capture the views from every angle.
The main level is built for entertainment featuring a spacious, fully-furnished modern kitchen which showcases granite countertops and updated appliances, giving you everything you need to create anything from snacks to a full-on feast. The kitchen is separated from the family room by a large granite top breakfast bar with seating for 4 and has easy access to the backyard so outdoor dining is a breeze. A gracious, well-lit dining room has a formal table with seating for 8. The lower level includes a queen+twin captain's bunk plus a sectional pull-out sofa, along with a full bath, a mini-fridge, and another 65" Smart tv. Also downstairs is a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with quality linens to ensure your every comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds: 3 kings, 1 queen + 1 twin bunk, and 1 pull out sofa. For our younger guests, an oversized pack and play and high chair are available for use.
