very basic, needs more crockery only 2 mugs, no kettle, cracked shower tray and needs TLC very old furniture not enough comfy chairs for all to sit on.

The most flexible & accommodating hosts we've ever experienced!
The hosts were amazing! Our flights were cancelled so we needed to rebook for the following day. They took the night we missed off the final bill! Not only that, they let us check in early the next day, and check out when suited us as there were no guests on either side. Honestly, their kindness and flexibility made our stay! The apartment was huge, wayyyy larger than it looks in photos. And right in the thick of the action. Loved it. And a huge thank you for all your help.

Der Aufenthalt war super schönt. Die Lage auch. Das App. muss dringend renoviert werden.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat geklappt. Es war aber sehr hektisch (keine Zeit). Lage Sehr gut. Größe gut
Das Badezimmer weist Mängel auf (schmutzig) Der Parkplatz ist zu weit entfernt. Alle in der Näheren Umgebung waren voll. Ausladen/Einladen des Gepäcks ist sehr schlecht. man kann nirgends parken. In der Dusche und die Mischbatterie ist Schmutz von alten Tagen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist defekt. Die Müllentsorgung sollte am Tag der Anreise geregelt werden.

Erfreulicher Aufenthalt in einer kurzfristig gebuchten Wohnung an perfekter Lage
Hervorragende zentrale Lage, zusätzlich hat uns der Gastgeber die Möglichkeit geboten, zu einem sehr fairen Preis unsere Motorräder in einer Tiefgarage einzustellen, in einer abschliessbaren Box Zudem haben wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht und der Service von Matteo war hervorragend für diese kurze Vorlaufzeit

Lage des Apartments super alles andere schlecht.
Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut.
In der Beschreibung des Apartments bei Booking stand, PRIVATE PARKPLÄTZE IN DER NÄHE!!!!!!!-es waren ÖFFENTLICHE Parkplätze in über 1 km Entfernung (beim verlassen des Parkplatzes am nächsten Morgen hatten wir dann überhaupt keinen Parkplatz mehr) und uns wurde von Traveller nur eine Adresse aufs Handy schickt und wir mussten selber suchen. Das Entladen unseres Autos war eine Katastrophe und der Herr mit dem Schlüssel (Matteo) wollte uns nicht wirklich mit Informationen zur Anfahrt oder Einfahrt in unsere Straße helfen. Uns wurde nicht gesagt, wohin mit Müll und erst nach Nachfragen von mir wurde mir geschrieben, dass ich den Schlüssel bei Abreise auf den Tisch legen sollte. Wichtig war für Matteo den Betrag für den Hund und die Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe abzukassieren und dann war er auch schon weg! Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich sehr mager, alte Pfannen, kein Schneebesen, keine kleine Plastikschüsselchen, nichts und die elektrische Kaffeemaschine ist eine Frechheit!!! Es mag ja sein, dass die Italiener keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück trinken aber ihr vermietet ja auch an Gäste aus anderen Kaffeekulturen und dann sollte schon etwas funktionsfähiges da sein. Wir mussten unseren Kaffee im Cafe gegenüber jeden Morgen to go holen und teuer bezahlen. Alles in allem, war die Lage des Apartments das einzig Gute. Beschreibung von Booking schlecht und Service von Traveller schlecht.
