Beautiful apartment on the lake with everything you need.

The apartments are on the lake front with gate access to the main footpath around the lake so there is easy access. The restaurants right by the gate entrance are incredible and the walk down to Bardolino is lovely.

The only down side would be that you have to leave your car a 10-15 minute walk down the road at a hotel although we didnt find this much of a problem as we only used the car once during our stay. It also means parking is free so no complaint there. Just something to note when booking!

We would stay here again, the location was great and the apartment spacious and quiet

I liked the spacious rooms and general decoration which kept the history of the property. The property was clean and had basic cleaning supplies which were appreciated. There was also a washing machine if needed. The outside areas were nice and good to eat at. The air conditioning worked well. The complex was quiet and had easy access to the lake front. The restaurants just near us were very lovely. The staff were great and very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed using the pool up at the San Marco hotel. A few simple things would improve the experience.

The kitchen was missing a grill/oven, the microwave was a combi but it didn't function well and couldn't be used as anything other than a microwave. There seemed to be missing utensils and crockery. and everything was odd pieces. A washing up bowl would be useful, along with basics like salt and pepper. There were no mirrors other than the bathroom, there should be one in each bedroom. The fly screens were all broken., which meant we had to keep the windows shut to keep the mosquitos out. There was no information on rubbish and recycling but there were several different bins. We lost power one day due to a storm and managed to find the fuse box ourselves but that info is worth including on the info sheets.

I checked out the next day and told the manager, and I changed the check out date to be 9th August

Nothing at all, actually I was shocked when I checked in , and went right away looking for another place to stay, and when I could not find a place and I was very tired, I spent that night there but then booked another place for the remaining 4 nights via booking website.

The place is very old, not quite similar to the pictures posted, the beds and lining were not clean. It was a nightmare for me and for my family the night we spent there.

Picturesque historic stay .

Fantastic location in the little town of Cisano. Host welcomed us warmly and gave a great introduction to the town , and the property . Essentially waterfront, right around the corner from a couple of spots you can hop in the lake or sunbathe .

Not a negative , but if you drive anticipate paying for parking or hunting down a free spot , we parked in the public lot with no issues . Not super expensive. There is no air conditioning. Apartment is cooler being a thick stone building on the bottom floor, however the days we were there were especially hot . We didn’t have an issue with it , just for awareness.

Only few seconds by feet to the lake. Located in Cisano, beautiful small village in the south of Bardolino. Small apartment, very old building with a beautiful shared garden. Kitchen well equipped. Easy to check in.

No parking lot close to apartment. Quite dark, as there is only one small window in sleeping room. No possibility to darken sleeping room with a shutter.

Schönes historisches Haus mit guter Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr reibungslos. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Dame persönlich zum Apartment gebracht und es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Ferner war es sehr sauber und bereits eingeheizt, was zu dieser Jahreszeit wirklich schön war.

Die Matratzen waren leider verschlissen und daher sehr weich und unbequem, was unser einziger Kritikpunkt wäre.

Tolle Villa mit flair, super Lage, authentisch aber mit Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Garten, tolle Villa mit flair, Hundefreundlich!

Keine Parkplätze direkt vor Ort, zum Glück war keine Saison, parken auf der Strasse möglich. Die Bilder beim buchen, sind wohl schon älter! In meiner Wohnung - Blú, war ein kleines Sofa auf dem Bild. Aktuell steht ein schon sehr benutzter Sessel dort :( Insgesamt ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nur die Ausstattung! Die Gas-Therme mitten im Zimmer für warmes Wasser und Heizung... ist laut, heizt ständig auf - soll sie auch - aber es stört unheimlich und sieht auch nicht schön aus! Eine Tür oder Einbauschrank oder ähnliches, könnte man sich überlegen. Der Stoff an der Eingangstür (Glastür) sollte ausgetauscht werden. Wenn man Licht an hat, sieht man alles durch! Die Wohnung war im EG.

Posizione vicino al lago. Accesso privato. Camera da letto ampia e letto comodo. Riscaldamento autonomo ed efficiente. Accoglienza da persona molto cortese e disponibile.

Purtroppo la sistemazione non era come sembrava da foto. Appartamento molto buio con una sola finestra in camera da letto. Arredo molto spartano e datato. Vista su cortile interno. Adatto a brevi soggiorni.

Tolle Villa in perfekter Lage

Die Lage und das ganze Ambiente der Villa ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr hellhörig, ausreichend groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super bequem, das Bad modern. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotel San Marco waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Bardolino und Lazise zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Es wäre toll gewesen mehr Geschirr sowie Töpfe und Pfannen zum Kochen zu haben. Die Küche ist eher spärlich eingerichtet gewesen. Einer der beiden Mokka Kocher war nicht für den Induktionsherd geeignet.

Super Lage und sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattetes Appartement.

Schlüsselübergabe und Check in fand in einem anderen Hotel statt, dass war etwas verwirrend. Auch das Auto musste dann nochmal in einem anderen Hotel abgestellt werden.

War ok, durch den schlechten Service aber auch nicht mehr.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Lage wunderschön. Es ist ein historisches Haus, welches wirklich sehr geschmackvoll renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung „cottage“ hat 2 Bäder mit Dusche, eine Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer und ein Bad befinden sich durch ein Treppe getrennt in der oberen Etagen. Alles ok. Leider ist die Wohnküche sehr düster und dunkel.

Der Kühlschrank war defekt und kühlte nicht, außerdem verströmte er einen schlechten Geruch. Wir monierten dies mehrfach, leider ohne Erfolg. Somit keine kalten Getränke etc. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Am ersten Tag hatten wir im oberen Stockwerk keinen Strom und erst am 2. Tag kam nach zweifacher Aufforderung der Elektriker.

Prima. Maar ik zou niet nog een keer boeken.

De ligging is erg mooi. Je loopt zo de boulevard op.

De middelen in het huis zijn erg karig. Een kapot wasrekje wat je aan de deur kan hangen was het enige wat we hadden. We hebben dus maar zelf een waslijn gekocht. Er word gesproken over koffie faciliteiten, het was een mini caffettiera waar je één espresso is kan zetten. Dit zijn maar enkele voorbeelden. De gratis parkeerplaats waar over gesproken word is 15 minuten lopen. Iedere dag de auto halen als je ergens naartoe wilt komt je al snel de strot uit.

Einfach alles,sehr nette Damen an der Rezeption,die Wohnung in der villa😊die Lage direkt am See,jede Menge Lokale in der nähe,wir waren rundum zufrieden👍

Das einzige was toll wäre,eine Klima im Wohn/essbereich,aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Eine wunderbare sonnige Zeit in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft mit toller Umgebung und vielen Möglichkeiten!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Die Lage ist einfach top- Gartentor aufschließen und direkt auf der Uferpromenade stehen! Die Küche ist super modern eingerichtet.

Leider war nur ein Schrank und ein Garderobenschrank in der Wohnung, das hat für uns nicht gereicht. Etwas mehr Platz wäre schön! Ich hatte mich auf einen Espresso gefreut, als ich den Espressokocher im Schrank sah. Leider hat der Kocher nicht auf dem Indukionsherd funktioniert:-(

In der Wohnung Blù hatte es nur ein Fenster, dementsprechend nicht so hell aber war nicht so ein Problem, da wir eh fast den ganzen Tag Draussen waren.
