Perfect location and excellent host and facilities

Excellent hosts, perfect location on the lake and 5 minutes walk into town. Great facilities including a fantastic pool, access to bikes and spacious apartment.

Very pleasant stay - Great view on the lake

The apartment is very confortable (especially the bed), located on the lake side and at a walking distance (approximately 10 minutes) from the boat stop where you can catch boats going to the main tourist spots on the lake (Garda, Sirmione, Riva, ...). There is a view on the lake and this is really great to enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The Swimming pool is nice and large enough for swimming. The building is very quiet. The parking slot is pretty large. The host was kind and helpful.

If you have a large car you will have to be careful while accessing the underground parking but this is manageable. The daily rate was a bit high but the lake view was worth it.

We were so sad to leave. That’s the best compliment.

Firstly the location can’t be beaten. The property was easily large enough for the 5 adults in our group, the bed / settee being very comfortable. It would definitely accommodate 6 people. There was a spacious open plan living room with nice kitchen dining area. Bedrooms and bathrooms also very good. The large, clean shared pool was very welcome after a day out. The family who own the property were really lovely and helpful. We had a memorable stay.

Perfect location for a visit to Bardolino.

Perfect location, very close to shops and restaurants. The Garda Lake was just across the road. Nice swimming pool and hottub.

It was not so easy to park the car into the garage.

Location, amenities and cleanliness were all above expectations, Considerate and helpful staff, by far the most comfortable stay away from home in years of travelling.

The electrical outlets were limited but didn't become an issue.

After the checkout, owner was counting dishes, glasses, basically everything, as we were thieves, that did not feel good.

Perfect location to explore Lake Garda.

Perfect location and the view of the lake from the room and balcony are incredible. Marghareta and her family were really friendly and always on hand to answer any questions, the perfect hosts. The apartment is well equipped with a small kitchen and setting area.

Small thing but to get the best from the lake you need a bike to get around. Quite often there weren’t enough working bikes or locks available so we had to change plans.
