About this vacation rental
Ferienvilla 'Madabà' mit Blick aufs Wasser
We are located 800 metres from the town centre, convenient to essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, bus station, etc.).
The villa is divided vertically into 2 properties. We rent the property overlooking the swimming pool (3.5 x 10 metres) which can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. The entrance is on the upper floor and consists of a living room with sofa (convertible into a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm), dining area with kitchenette and a bathroom. On the ground floor, accessible via a convenient staircase, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed 180 x 200 cm, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a further 2 foldaway beds underneath. Also on the same floor are 2 large bathrooms, both with shower. The kitchen is brand new, equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer. The property is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, electric shutters, electric awnings on the terrace and barbecue.
The upper floor of the property has a large corner terrace (approx. 45 sqm), while the ground floor has a veranda (covered terrace) (approx. 20 sqm). Finally, it has an outdoor space for 2 cars and a shared cellar with washing machine.
The main feature of the property are the large windows (floor and ceiling) which make the rooms bright. and offer a splendid view of the lake, and at the same time the property enjoys privacy from the surrounding houses below. Ideal for families and/or couples. Groups of young people are allowed on request. Pets are allowed with a cleaning fee. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. The swimming pool is open from 2 April to 8 October. The owner is originally from South Tyrol and is not often present at the property, especially at weekends or during holiday periods.
Exclusive use of the pool can be requested at an additional cost.
