About this house rental
Fantastic Ski-on/Ski- off location high up on Okemo mountain along Sachem Trail.
Walk out the door and put your skis on. Our unit is on Sachem trail. Catch those first tracks down and head straight to the highspeed Sunburst Six enclosed bubble lift with heated seats. No need to start out in the congested base area.
Our Trailside location makes stopping home a breeze. Come back for lunch and watch all the action on the trails as the boarders and skiers come down. Too hot or cold? Swing by for a quick change.
After a full day, come in and relax with a roaring fire in the wood-burning fireplace. Or on sunny days, relax on the porch facing the slopes. When the lifts close you might even get to see the snow cats come up the trail to groom the mountain.
The multi-level arrangement of the unit offers space to spread out.
Level 1: The front entrance faces Sachem trail and consists of the mudroom, kitchen, and living/dining area. A space under the stairs is filled with games for all ages.
A half level up the staircase is a full bathroom with a tub/shower
Level 2: An enclosed loft bedroom with a queen bed
Level 3: The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to eat for all meals: a selection of All-clad pots & pans, a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, garbage disposal, dishwasher, crockpot and other cooking items.
Outdoor ski locker to store your skis.
All linens and towels provided.
TV/DVDs in two bedrooms in addition to the living room so the kids can watch a movie while you enjoy adult time.
Sleeps 8:
Master bedroom/Loft: queen bed
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 3: queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds
Guest access
check-in at 4:00 pm Arrive and enter at your own convenience. For checkout, simply lock up and leave the key inside a lockbox.

Neighborhood overview
Quick access to downtown Ludlow- great restaurants, Shaw’s supermarket, wine and cheese shop, and much more. A short drive to the Jackson Gore base area.
Other things to note
You receive 2 parking passes for your stay. The parking passes will need to be on your dashboard while you are parked. If you are bringing a 3rd car, there is a spill-over lot, please let me know and I will provide further instructions on that.
Close by Winter Activities:
Enjoy hiking on the ski trails of Okemo mountain right out your door. We are a 15-minute drive away to Jackson Gore where they have the Ice House ice skating facility, a snow tubing park, and the Timber Ripper mountain coaster. Okemo also offers a full-service Nordic Center for cross-country skiing

Amazing home off the Sachem Trail. This was our 3rd year coming back and can’t wait to stay again. This home has everything you need and you can’t beat the location. The owners are incredibly nice and very easy to work with. You won’t be sorry.

We had a wonderful experience renting this home for a week. The property is ideally located steps away from the Sachem trail. The owner was super responsive and helpful with everything.

This was our second year in a row staying here! It felt like come back home... The location is AMAZING and the house has everything you could need while being away. The home owner, Becky, is the best to work with. Everything is seamless and she responds very promptly if you have any questions! Couldn’t be happier!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. The space was great and couldn't beat the location right on the ski trail. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this rental for those looking to stay right on Okemo!
