Location was the key factor when we decided on this unit.
The bathroom in the basement. Having only 1 full bathroom on the 2nd floor, to be used by 5 others were very inconvenient. Our 2 cars were EV and used the outside outlet. Downside was other cars were parked in front our unit so we had to park further away. Other renters unplugged our charger when we had them plugged in to be charged, very disappointed. Wish there are signs outside where it'll allow EV to plug into the outlets outside and due respect not to be removed.
