About this apartment rental

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in the Trailside complex at Okemo Mountain. With a hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, and ample sleeping space for up to 10 guests, this condo promises an unforgettable vacation for families and friends alike. Sink into plush sofas and unwind while enjoying the crackling fire or catching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The three well-appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy and there are two full bathrooms and one powder room. **Remodeled and upgraded in 2025 including new floors, chimney, plumbing fixtures, and replacement of the water heater**

About Trailside Condominium Community
Located along Okemo`s Sachem Trail providing either direct ski access onto the Sachem trail, a short walk or access to the on-demand shuttle. Fireplaces, exposed beams and add character to these split-level mountainside homes. Summer guests enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool and tennis courts.

A ski-in ski-out complex with a mix of direct ski access and short walks to ski access.

Properties listed as ski-in/ski-out access rely on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. Inside Edge nor Property Owners can guarantee snow availability or lift operations.

RENTAL RULES

SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. Parking pass are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.

OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.

PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter’s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.

HOT TUB: No children under the age of 10 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.

FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace – this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.

INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.

CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.

PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Spent a great winter break at Okemo property. Trail side ski in/out right outside the front door made for easy days of skiing. Great common area with comfy couch was great for post skiing relaxing. We’ll appointed kitchen made it easy to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. (There is a sauna in the basement which was a nice surprise.). The hot tub was down for maintenance while we were there and hosts provided our family with guest passes to resort facilities which was very nice. Super easy stay. Couldn’t ask for a better location and residence. 5/5 all around.

The water heater failed during our stay causing a flood in the laundry room. It took more than a day and numerous visits from plumbers to get it resolved. The worst part is that the owner apparently knew the water heater was its last legs and rented the property out anyway.
