Ambiente molto accogliente, pulito e spazioso. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Mio figlio, intollerante al lattosio, ha avuto per colazione, torta e yogurt vegani

La stanza era molto pulita e ho dormito molto bene. La struttura è in mezzo al verde a pochi kilometri da Urbino. Buona la torta fatta in casa. E infine mi sono divertito molto ad ascoltare i racconti dei proprietari e degli altri ospiti a colazione.

Grandezza camera, pulizia, bagno con appoggi per le cose, bellezza rustica della stanza, spettacolare vista all'esterno, gentilezza dei proprietari...siamo stati veramente bene.

Una piccola sciocchezza, nel bagno, sullo specchio, una luce ci vorrebbe.

The structure is new and is missing some basic services, maybe will be better in the future. Access by car is very difficult, so we preferred to leave the car outside the property during the night. Room is basic (no fridge, no TV, basic furniture), some broken parts were not repaired (also, it seems that normally the bathroom is outside the room, but due to Covid they closed the common corridor between the rooms so the toilet was connected to the room, but check it!). No covered space outside, so when raining we could not stay in the garden, nor in a comfortable common room. Poor breakfast. Swimming pool not as attractive as in the photos.
