The accommodation
The three rooms, not so large, with private bathroom, in addition to the comfortable beds are equipped with wardrobe, bedside table, folding table, smart TV, WIFI, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, safe.
Guest Access
The guests, in addition to their own room, have access to the common breakfast area which also has a sink, figorifero, freezer, microwave and espresso machine, with pods supplied and the spacious hallway, through which they access their rooms.
Other things to highlight
The apartment is located on the first floor, reachable by two easy flights of stairs. It is recommended for couples and lone travelers, pets are not allowed, smoking is forbidden and there is no need to light their own stove. Upon arrival, valid identity documents necessary for registration provided for by the legislation (Website hidden by Airbnb) must be delivered. Non-compliance with this obligation constitutes a violation of the penal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the house . It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors and other guests other than those residing there
We invite guests to always close doors and windows, turn off lights and air conditioners whenever they leave the room and carry out recycling according to local rules
We decline any responsibility for theft or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas and for any damage to persons or things to and from third parties.
