L'alloggio è davvero bellissimo, ho incontrato la proprietaria il mattino al check-out, non era previsto ma ci ha fatto comunque piacere scoprire quanto deliziosa sia come persona. Il check-in è automatico e davvero semplice. La casa è pulitissima e comodissima, complimenti per l'arredamento. La posizione è centrale e nonostante c'era la festa di paese abbiamo dormito benissimo perchè gli abitati organizzano le cose bene a quanto ci è sembrato, tutto si è concluso presto ed è ben insonorizzato come appartamento. I condizionatori utilissimi d'estate, soprattutto dopo aver percorso migliaia e rampe di scale.

Bed was comfortable, the apartment was new and clean, A/C, central location, quick communication with host and remote check-in.
Warning, look at photos and list of services very carefully.
Some photos of the apartment show a view onto the main square, so we assumed that this was the case. The view is from the other apartments in the same building, which actually look onto the square, not the one we stayed at.
The apartment is at the top 4th floor, with very very very steep stairs, and has absolutely no windows apart from ones on the roof, making it feel claustrophobic despite not being small.
The ceiling is so unbelievably low that we kept bumping our heads while cooking in the kitchen and getting into bed (we're not even tall).
In 2025 we assume that all apartments rented to tourists have wi-fi, well not here! Wi-fi is indeed not listed in the services, but nowadays you wouldn't even think of checking something like that.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom which is disconnected, it's not listed as a service so why leave it there? It's present in the photos of the other apartments by the same owner, so we assumed that this would be available in our apartment too but no...
All in all we were disappointed unfortunately. We couldn't wait to leave every day and don't think it was good value for money for this reason.
Unrelated to the listing: Iglesias has a problem with parking, there's very few places close by, best to pay for parking to be on the safe side. The owner recommended a street to park, there's signs that forbid it, but everyone still parks there as there's nowhere else nearby. Be careful not to park in front of garages and people's entrance doors.
