Sea view house with wifi, A/C in the 4 bedrooms and private parking space

Villa Sole is an independent house of 160 square meters, very bright with two terraces overlooking the sea and a garden of about 60 square meters equipped, barbecue area and uncovered parking space. Unique in its kind and positioned in a strategic area from its terrace, you can enjoy an incomparable view from the sea to the ancient village; in the evening, sipping a glass of wine, you can watch the lights come on like in a crib, you will fall in love with it.
The house is arranged entirely on one floor with living room overlooking the sea and garden, kitchen, entrance, n. 4 bedrooms (2 with sea view), n. 2 bathrooms. It was recently renovated in 2012, it has every appliance including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge etc ... and all the necessary equipment including linen.

N.B: groups of boys are only accepted if they pay a deposit of € 500.00 in cash at check-in.
The deposit WILL BE REFUND (by bank transfer, paypal or cash) the day after check-out after checking the house and NOT AT CHECK-OUT.

In the winter months, gas for heating is not included. At check in we will take a photo of the gas countator and ask a deposit for heating consumption of €200 which we will refund at check-out after checking the charges. Each cubic meter of gas costs €1.20.
The tourist tax is €2 per person for the first 10 days of overnight stay and must be paid in cash at check-in.
