The host Raffaele was extremely welcoming and helpful. We greatly enjoyed the view over the city, the sea in the distance, the tree and the hills at once. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 3 and could have hosted more, and offered everything you'd expect. It also had a nice table outside. Altogether, ours was a very recommendable experience
The only improvable aspect was the lack of air conditioning. Though it's located up in the hills and there was not much need, really -- and we were there during the hottest time of the year.

Belle bâtisse d'aspect extérieur.
Le vue de notre studio n'est pas extraordinaire, il donne sur l'immeuble en face. Pour garer son véhicule, certes il y a de la place, mais ce n'est pas privé, c'est dans la rue en face de la propriété. La 1ere nuit étant souvent réveillés pas les chiens du voisinage, les motos, le bruit de l'autoroute et la voie de chemin de fer assez proche, la 2ème nuit nous avons fermés les fenêtres (il n'y a pas clim, mais un gros ventilateur bruyant) Il manque des lampes de chevet (1 seule pour 2 lits) Il y a bien un lampadaire, mais la lumière est puissante. Le dernier jour, panne d'eau chaude, après une douche, la chaudière s'est arrêtée (d'après le propriétaire, il fallait l'appeler, mais nous étions un peu pressés).

Le monsieur très sympathique
Pas de cafetière nespresso ou autre Juste une vieille cafetière pas de filtre Un petit coin café ne coûte pas grand chose surtout ce que c’est loin du centre ville quand on passe qu’une nuit on ne fait pas de course. Je lui recommande d’équiper ses logements d’une nespresso avec quelques dosette et un peu d’eau ça serai pas mal
