Very tidy, cosy holiday home, perfect for a family. Short walk into the village, hot pools etc, no need to drive and bother with parking. Kitchen is new and well equipped. Modern bathroom, teenage daughter loved the mirror light! Good heating options, we were snug and warm in the middle of winter. Great views. Definitely recommend!
In the middle of winter the house does not get any sun because of the hill and the large pine trees at the back, but hey it's winter what do you expect. Usual Kiwi house issue with condensation on the single glazed windows with aluminium joinery - would be good to have a few cloths to wipe the windows or better yet a Karcher window vac. These are very minor issues because the house is great.

Easy to access, clean, everything you need on hand, central
I think it would help to mention that as a house with beds for 7, it is cosy and small with only 3 rooms - not a criticism, just good information for potential guests. (Maybe you said this and I missed it?) But no problem for me, our small party was very comfortable.
