Overall excellent, well stocked, clearly a persons home so things like pots, pans, salt, pepper etc all there. Pool was warm, although it is under a tree so can get lots of fir twigs in the bottom. Beds very comfortable. One room had a bit of damp smell, but this did not affect us as we did not use this bedroom.

Very well equipped and everything feels well thought out and considered. We love to cook and this house has everything you need. Great location in the centre of the village. Beautiful decor - feels like you are in a magazine! Beds are very comfortable. Best house we have stayed in Oleron! Hope to stay again next year! Thank you so much 😍

We were a family group of 10 ranging in age from 80 to 8. The house is beautifully designed and maximises the available space for a fantastic family living area opening onto a very decent sized pool and garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. The anterior courtyard is also great for BBQ/eating.
The blend of outside/inside space is clever, practical and flexible. While a couple of the bedrooms are a little on the small side, it’s all very much as described - more than made up for by the rest of the space and some clever design for (plentiful) bathrooms.
What you don’t get from the details available on the website is that the property look, feels - and almost certainly must be! - loved. The furnishings reflect the fact that it’s a home, not just a house. Home from home… but better - especially if you like well design architecture, a not too touristy town and you are lucky with the weather!
