The Homestay was lovely and the hosts, Felix and Maggie, were wonderful with incredibly infectious laughs. The Homestay is also in a great location next to the national Park.

Felix and Maggie were lovely. breakfast was exceptional everyday. Felix knows everybody in Thekkady and helped me find things and plan what I wanted to do. Very kind and lovely people. Great location to explore Periyar national park.
There are stairs up to the rooms which could be a problem for some.

Maggie and Felix could not have been more helpful with our arrival, settling us in and organising excursions . The room was very comfortable and Maggie’s breakfasts were exceptional. We were even invited to join a group for Maggie’s cookery demo and supper which was great fun.
The only drawback with the property is with it being so close to the car parks of the Tiger Reserve, the noise from cars/ coaches started very early (6am) which woke us up every morning. It was however very useful being that close when going on excursions there
