This is good commute location for going to different hike locations by car. Also Keswick is round the corner for shops and cafes etc.

The house was so beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and well equipped for our two jight break. Hosts, Rachel, and Mark were so lovely and helpful. The fire was gorgeous, and we didn't want to leave! We will be rebooking! X
There is nothing to not like at the Lazy Fish. Maybe a hot tub, but we understand why there is not one, and the new sauna will be amazingly relaxing! X

We absolutely loved all the little details in this place. It was spacious, we had all the needed facilities, the hosts were amazing, the location was perfect.
We had a lot of rain in the time we stayed and we did anticipate this before booking, hence booking somewhere we thought we would be happy just relaxing indoors if needed and we definitely picked the right place!
The space was amazing, a stunning fireplace, we kept lovely and warm, I am always usually cold but a nice bath and lots on the fire kept me lovely and toastie, we even had little blankets provided by the hosts.
There are supermarkets a short drive away so we called there the morning we arrived and took food back to the cottage so we could cook meals. Everything was clean and we had all the pots and pans we could have needed.
Everything about this place was perfect and we will definitely be returning. We have already recommended this place to our friends and family.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Absolutely stunning barn conversion, so spacious and cozy with a high quality finish and everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The hosts were so lovely and kind and are committed to giving their guests an amazing experience. If you want peace and tranquility in a stunning location, this is THE place to stay. Absolutely loved it.
