A very relaxing place to stay with a bus stop nearby making it within easy reach of the town centre

The breakfast is really good and healthy to start off your day, and the pub food for dinner was very British and delicious, I had a homemade beef and ale pie with mashed potatoes and an assortment of veg with a pint of Guinness for a total of £16.50... The room and bathroom were warm and cosy, with everything in good working order; they have free wifi too! And if you are a smoker, there is a little sheltered area for smoking outside, at the front of the building

Great food, good service and friendly staff, but room could do with a bit of TLC.

The food was excellent, we had an evening meal that was very good value for money and tasty. Breakfast was very good.

There was nowhere to hang any clothes in the room, some lights didn’t work and the extractor fan in the bathroom wouldn’t come on. The room was rather rundown with holes in the plaster work and loose screws holding door handles, etc. so the room could do with a bit of maintenance but was clean.

If you want a good value clean comfortable room near Cheltenham The London Inn is a good place to stay

Quiet clean and warm - it was freezing outside. Breakfast really good and host plesant

The A40 was closed so got lost finding it was a really problem on a very icy night. It would have been good to have been warned.

Breakfast was ok, it was not too far from the centre. The man running the place was helpful and cheerful

Beautiful old pub with comfortable accommodation, nice food and welcoming staff.

Location was lovely to me personally because I was born in the area. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and full English breakfast if you wanted.

Difficulty with bathroom amenities. Shower was awkward to use.

Excellent value for money when visiting friends in Cheltenham centre for the evening. The room was quiet, clean and came well equipped. Breakfast was great in the morning - a continental selection as well as a cooked breakfast. Free street parking outside the hotel.

Great stay

Really decent size room, comfortable bed, smart TV, welcoming staff, separate entrance/exit so didnt have to walk through the pub if we didnt want to, delicious breakfast, easy check in and check out, just an all round great stay

Shame there isnt a car park but we managed to park on the road very close so wasn't really an issue in the end Would be great if there was a small fridge in the room, but otherwise there isnt much I can suggest for improvement!

Good size room with a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Decent breakfast included in price and plenty of on-street parking nearby.

Average breakfast..bacon arrived without requested toast and was cold when we were advised you had to do own toast. If this had been explained beforehand it would have been helpful

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to watch the Snooker at the Centaur. It was exceptional value for money and

Rooms were basic but had everything you would need. The pub itself was a lovely, traditional, local pub. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and other customers. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and it was really good.

It was a good 25 minute walk into Cheltenham town centre but we knew this when booking. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property.

The bed was lovely and the cleaning staff were nice, the tea and coffee facilities were great too

The door hand was falling off, the "2nd bed" was just a sofa, the window pane was collapsing, the bathroom window was leading, the bath couldnt bathe a cat, the toilet seat was coming off, the downstairs staff were quite rude and condescending
