The cabin is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and plenty of blankets for this time of year. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The location is not that far from the Yosemite National Park. It does take about an hour to get to the Valley floor from this location.
There was nothing .

The facility was more than we expected. The reception was very accommodating and instructions to how the booking works was easy to understand and given before hand. The room itself was very comfortable and the amenities were very nice
The hot water was intermittently

I love the rustic feel of this little place.
It could’ve used a fireplace and a toaster

About 1 hour away from Yosemite and the drive was pleasant. Local restaurants and a food market within walking distance.
Nothing. It was a great choice!

It was pretty clean and everything was organized.
They called me to confirm my reservation and if I had any questions I asked if they had a stove and they said every cabin has a stove but when I got there, there wasn’t a stove that had a grill outside but it didn’t have gas I called multiple times to see if someone can come fix it and they told me it wasn’t emergent I don’t understand how leaving my kids and family without eating on new years wasn’t an emergency. we drove 4 hours to get there and they caught me with the surprise that they didn’t have a stove and I had to find a way to give my family food then the next day I woke up and they took our grill. All my food went to waste and every little restaurant that was in the area was closed yet they still charged me 250 dollars of deposit. I left to go to Yosemite park when I came back they had went in our cabin without letting us know. Our new years was ruined I’m never going back.

Great location minutes from Groveland shops. Quiet- we watched a hawk every morning from our kitchen window and had deer visit
The heater worked but it was either too hot or cold as only the bedroom thermostat worked. The temperature flashed all the time making it hard to sleep.
There is only one bathroom for a place equipped for 6 people.

I stayed during the winter and the heater was excellent! There was also a smaller, portable heater. Internet was great, I was able to work and be on zoom meetings. Shower had good water treasure and hot water. Kitchen was great, loved the breakfast.
I also checked in after hours and my lock code wouldn’t work, and so when I called the manager they answered and solved the problem immediately! So nice
The kitchen was fully equipped except for cooking oil, which was quite important for cooking.

Refrigerator and kitchen came stocked with milk, orange juice, ground coffee, and granola. Nice touch! Also had a space heater which came in handy for a November visit.

The heat was a Sl. challenge. Found a brown recluse spider in bathroom

Lovely accommodation and the complimentary hiker's breakfast was a nice touch. Overall very nice and the location is great, nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Spacious, comfortable, good location with restaurants, grocery store and gas station. Kind staff they took care of items left behind and sent them 🙏🏼
Apartment needs in detail cleaning (spiderwebs, dust, windows…). It was cold and we could not switch on the main heater so we had to rely on the rooms’ heating system, which was not ideal. No tea towels were provided, not even paper ones. Lack of 1 pan and 1 cooking pot. We appreciated the morning message asking what we needed, but no one helped us once we came back from our day out nor the day after.

Wonderful place. Spacious cabin with kitchen, living room with large screen flat TV hung on wall. Got to see deer in early morning outside our cabin. It a 2-4 min. Walk to the Iron Door Saloon. There’s a great restaurant in the lobby of the hotel before you reach the Iron Door Saloon in the opposite side of the saloon. This place is a jewel in the middle of no where. No sandwich’s here but great 5 star dinning in a relaxed atmosphere. There’s also a great coffee shop 2 doors down from the restaurant. Our cabin’s main lodge was a Patagonia store. Friendly folks everywhere! From here we did a day trip to tour Yosemite before heading back the next day to San Francisco

The property is clean and centrally located in Groveland. The cabin is comfortable and well provisioned for a comfortable stay. It is about an hour from Yosemite NP. The place is quiet that you do not hear the traffic. The people are pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
There was not a thing we didn’t like.

Cabin was nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Nice TV in cabin but seating arrangement for viewing wasn’t ideal. It was nice that our cabin (Family Cabin 1) was a detached and stand alone building. Cute little old western jail on site and the shop has a good selection of adventure clothing. AC works well and fans kept air moving throughout cabin.
We arrived at 2:45pm with a check in of 3pm so we walked around the property. The cabin we stayed in was labeled Family Cabin 1 on the map and the booking info. But the cabin has a sign that says Hiker’s Cabin, which was slightly confusing at first. There was a car parked in the only parking spot by the cabin so we assumed they were cleaning still. No biggie. A woman approached us and asked if we needed help. We told her we were checking in in about 10 min, told her about the car parked at the cabin, and that we had no issue waiting until our proper check in time. She looked at us and then said, “So, we’re solid?” and walked off. Made us feel as if we were a hassle instead of a welcome guest. When we got into the cabin, there were flies everywhere. I mean everywhere. We counted more than 25 LARGE flies buzzing around the cabin. The cabin has a very distinct old smell to it. It’s very strong and off putting but you quickly get used to it. The continental breakfast was a sorry excuse for a breakfast - a jar of stale granola and another of ground coffee, 8 granola bars (for the duration of our three day stay and we are a family of 5), brown spotted bananas, and a mason jar of almond milk and another of orange juice. There was a car charging port on the side of the cabin and some random man came up to the charging port said “Hi” and proceeded to fiddle with it. No big deal but he didn’t introduce himself or anything. We then come out the next morning to find him charging his car there after wedging his vehicle between our car and the cabin. No clue if he worked there, was a visitor, or what but it was the same vehicle that was parked next to the cabin when we originally arrived. The cabin is close to Yosemite but it is a solid hour or more into the park from the cabin. The park entrance is closer, but the actual Yosemite Valley is still another 20-30 minutes drive past the entrance.

Music was playing when we entered the cabin. That was a nice touch. I loved how clean everything was. I didn’t find any dust or spider webs. Even the shower seemed spotless. It really did feel like home.
The stairs and chairs platform leading to the front door should be fixed. I almost twisted my ankle. Carpet is covering holes in the wood. Not safe.

Clean and cool nice little loft
it seemed like they were not prepared for us, so at 11pm we had to change the entry code to our code & our internet did not work during our stay (with the reply: no one is having issues so it shouldn't really be something we should experience).
we stayed 2 days so there is not much more to say, in the end you spend the whole days out in the Park, but still price-value of the loft was not great.

The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoy the stay
Sneaky owner. A $50 deposit had already been held, but an additional $109.34 was charged after I checked out. I inquired about this, and the Owner/General Manager, Elisabeth, replied that it was because I had taken their water bottles with me. I explained that I hadn't taken any water bottles and asked the picture, then she sent me a photo of the water bottles along with the following reply: "Our guests often take these water bottles all the time as a memento, so we charge the room with the option to return if they decide they don't want them. Really, no worries. I have attached an image below. The used gear price is 19.99 with tax, and after your 15% discount, the total comes to $109.34!" It was made of cheap red plastic and looked nothing like it cost $19.90. Anyway, when I told her that the water bottle wasn't in the room when we checked in and that no one in my family had seen it, she replied, "I'll have our housekeeping manager do a little investigating and get back to you by the end of today. If the water bottles were taken by another guest, then we'll absolutely refund you without issue!" It was a very unpleasant response, as if they assumed someone had taken them from the start, when it would be common sense to investigate their own mistake first. I later received an apology email from the housekeeping manager stating that the charge was a mistake and had been refunded, but I haven't heard anything from the owner. I feel like our enjoyable trip has been ruined by her. Guessing from the owner's email, it seems like they leave souvenir-like water bottles in the room and then charge those who take them after checkout. So sneaky!! If they're going to leave these water bottles in the room, they should clearly state the price and a message saying that they'll charge anyone who doesn't pay. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BRING HOME THAT SOUVENIR-LIKE WATER BOTTLES!!

Purposeful and useful two bed hut
Terrible experience on check. Completely confused process with poor information and communication by both Booking.com and the property. Booking.com says we can check in up to 23:00 hours. Wrong! They close at 18:00! However I was not told this until the morning of my stay. Staff member at reception.very unhelpful

The Adventure Loft at Yosemite Camp was very comfortable with a simple and delicious breakfast of coffee/tea, granola, bananas, milk and juice. It was very clean! Elizabeth, Echo Adventure Staff member, assisted us in checking in remotely due to the lack of cell service in the area. Highly recommend Yosemite Basecamp. The Tesla superchargers were a plus next to the property.

I like the spacious room, very clean and nice facilities, easy early check-in service, simple but very considerate breakfast, and relatively short distance to the Yosemite National Park.
Not really. It might be helpful to place a mosquito trap near the entrance. At night, there were quite a few mosquitos gathered by the door—likely drawn to the light the owner thoughtfully left on to guide us to the correct entrance.

You can see the owners wanted to make a space with soul. This is not another boring hotel you have seen thousands of.
The light breakfast is a nice touch but not really good option for adults.
Location: next to noisy businesses, back of shops and restaurants and in front of smelly toi tois.
It is also an hour away from Yosemite park - so be prepared to add that time to your travels.
Cleanliness: my allergic son started having issues breathing right after entering the room. the room was not properly cleaned- I had to wipe the floors and collected piles of dust from under the beds. There was a cow rug on the floor that begs for cleaning- it was gross! Spiderwebs in the windows and in front of the house.
Dust on upper beds and on the blankets
Beds: the bunk beds are really only for kids, but even under them they squeak with every move. Every move was waking other family members with the noise.
Size: I cannot imagine having 6 people there - we were four and with the luggage it was difficult to move around

Bed was very comfortable, decor was great. Kitchen area was nice with a cute dinning table. The granola was very yummy. Tea variety was great. soaking tub was a bonus and a grill on the patio was a nice extra. There is a super charging area right beside the loft if needed. Host is very responsive.
Had a few issues with a couple things but they were taken care of in a timely manner. The place was very clean minus cobwebs in the corner of bathroom, bedroom and track lights. It would be great if there was a small stove. The shower is a soaking tub/shower combo so the shower curtain is very intrusive when taking a shower. The outdoor surroundings were less than picturesque . Your view from balcony is the back of store fronts, a mini storage place and underneath you is a storage area for the adventure place.

Breakfast was not bad. Bunk beds were okay but the top ones we couldn’t use it because weight limiowas 150 pound and one of us only eligible for that so i had to sleep on the couch. Even though there were 6 beds we were 5 people. They have make top of the bunk beds stronger. But the room was cute and the lay out was nice and clean. The shower was very good

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. Comfy beds, very well appointed kitchen (better than most AirBnB's I've stayed in). I loved the granola, bananas and oat milk they provided... we added our own eggs for a bit of protein in the morning. We actually brought our own egg pan, because most places I've stayed in provided abysmal cookware. Not this place! We didn't need to use our pan, needless to say. Location was great, close enough to the center of town but not on the main road, so it was nice and quiet. The layout of the cabin (#3) was open and very conducive to group meals. I really liked this place!
A couple maintenance issues: one of the knobs on the stove in Cabin 3 was broken off; one of the handles in the bathroom of Cabin 2 fell off. Also, it felt that supplies were doled out in a limited manner: we had to ask for more coffee a couple of times... we thought possibly whoever brought in the supplies didn't drink strong coffee! One cabin was provided with only one dishwasher cleaning pod (for a 3 night stay), while the other cabin had just the remnants of weak, diluted dishwashing liquid. It could be that the cleaning person was just inattentive to things that needed replenishment.
None of the things I mentioned above are deal breakers.. the place was lovely. It just seems for the price there should be adequate supplies.

The light hiker's breakfast was a nice touch! I enjoyed the kitchen space. It has everything once would need, except for a hot plate! Thankfully we brought our own, but I think this place is more geared toward summertime visits when visitors will be grilling outdoors (there is a grill to use).
Perhaps consider a hot plate for off-season visitors who may like to have a way to cook eggs or warm up dinner at night.
