About this villa rental
Beautiful new construction of heated salt water pool home with western exposure, located on the freshwater canal leading to the Memory Lake. Home offers, three bedrooms and it can sleep up to 6 (8) people comfortably, and two full baths. Open floor plan kitchen with quartz countertops and frameless cabinets.
Directly from the kitchen or living room (lanai) with loungers and nice patio furniture. The gas BBQ grill is free to use. The salt water pool is to heat with an electric pool heater. There is an outdoor shower in the lanai and a baby safety pool fence - if needed.
Great room of stone electric fireplace with nice view of the pool and the canal.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your well-deserved vacation.
Including are bed linen, towels, beach towels, BBQ gas grill, in the otherwise fully equipped house.

On the west-facing property with pool deck you can be pampered by the Florida sun.

Enjoyed our 3 week stay in this house. Whilst it was a little far out from everywhere we wanted to be, it was a great place to stay. Other rentals around were empty for most of our stay but that just added to the peace and quiet we love. All round great experience. Will definitely go back.

The house was nice and clean and we liked the style and layout. However we didn’t like the location of the house and neighborhood. Empty lots to the side and across the canal. Some houses around looked like they could use some attention. The people who stayed before us turned the pool off and it took a while to reheat. Only one bedroom had a working tv and dresser. One bedroom had an old flatscreen that had no connection so bring your roku or fire stick if you have one. Third bedroom had no tv. Couch and chair in living area are low to the ground as well as the queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Outside grill was nice and pool was adequate. House has a lot of high end fixtures but imo, skimped on the pool.
