Maximum occupancy is eight guests, including children
No parties or events permitted
Quiet residential neighborhood; please be mindful of noise, especially during evening hours
Pool is not fenced separately from the canal; children must be supervised at all times
Dock is intended for fishing and relaxing only; swimming in the canal is not permitted
Pool service and lawn maintenance may occur during the stay
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property
Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection
Pool Heating Notice
Pool temperature is affected by outdoor weather conditions, including air temperature, rain, wind, and overnight lows. In favorable weather, pools typically heat at a rate of one to two degrees per hour. Pool heaters generally operate on a seven to eight hour daytime cycle and are not able to actively heat overnight.
Because weather conditions are beyond our control, no refunds are given for pool heat, including situations where the desired temperature cannot be reached.
Grill Use & Cleaning Notice
The grill is available for guest use during the stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill thoroughly after each use and leaving it in the same condition as found.
A grill is considered not clean if food residue, grease buildup, charred debris, or utensils are left on the grates or surfaces. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is not cleaned properly. All necessary cleaning utensils are provided.

First off I must say this home deserves 5 stars! The home is immaculate! Deb is very responsive and has put a lot of attention into making this the perfect vacation spot. The outdoor lanai/pool area was where we spent most of our time. The heated pool was just what we needed to escape the cold Indiana winter. There’s plenty of pool floats and even little floats for your drinks. It’s not a far drive to fort meyers beach and sanibel island. The pool table was also fun to enjoy at night. The pictures and previous reviews don’t do this place justice. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood! We’ve stayed at a lot of vacation homes throughout the US and this one is definitely in the top. We’re already planning our next vacation and can’t wait to stay here again.
