LIVING AREA
Kick back in the open-concept living area, outfitted with comfy seating for the entire group. The 60” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delectable meals in the pristine kitchen, configured with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware.
Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, dine at the six-person table.
BED & BATH
This single-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.
Sleep peacefully in the master suite, appointed with a king-size bed, 50” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
Three additional guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, one of which provides a 38” flat-screen TV.
The second bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Spend blue-sky days on the lanai, which features a heated pool and private hot tub. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals on the covered patio.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this house so much! The 4 bedrooms was perfect for our group along with the kitchen living room and the beautiful backyard patio/pool/canal. Definitely will be back!

Very Disappointed we were top priority to be relocated when we had 14 days left to vacation… EXTREMELY hard getting any information and finally gave up after 3 days waiting in a hotel and went home.
We understand this is not normal and was an act of God but the process to take care of customers immediately displaced was unsatisfactory…
