!NEW! Riverview House with Pool

The home is very open and spacious. Nice and light and bright. The pool is awesome. Very nice suprise as to how nice the home is. The hosts were lovely to work with. Very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this home.

The hosts replaced a mattress that was not very comfortable. The kitchen could probaby be stocked a bit more. That would be helpful.

Great pool & well furnished lanai. Outside sitting area down by the canal was very nice. A comfortable layout. Lots of storage in the bedrooms with nice dressers & a walk in closet in the main.

Cheaply furnished with uncomfortable queen size bed in the main bedroom & extra bedroom. The couches were pull out beds which weren’t very nice to sit on. We had trouble with the hot water heater for most of our stay. It finally burnt up, literally, & was replaced our last 2 days. The burnt smell was overpowering & we had no water for 6 hours during the replacement. Having said that, the property manager was responsive & tried to solve our issues. Also, there is a bush that completely overhangs the sidewalk with twigs sticking out at eye level. An incredible safely hazard. Caution to families with children. The street is used somewhat as a thruway & cars travel very fast.

This place ia amazing. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. we absolutely loved everything about this place. Property manager was very nice - Beautiful pool! Back yard area was very clean and well maintained. Not often are we so pleased with an accommodations but in this case this house exceeded our expectations

The house is comfortable , quiet , good for family, save, the pool was clean, pretty house , spacious rooms. Location perfect and near to residential supermarkets, etc.

We felt bad due to preoccupation with where leave the trash. We finished leaving the trash in my car , it was imposible for me and family to organize trash according to recycle trash and not recycle 🙄. We saw small roach 🪳 in kitchen cabinets .
