The exceptionally charming, west-facing Villa Sunset Garden features modern, high-quality furnishings and is fully equipped—it leaves nothing to be desired. All rooms are tastefully furnished to a very high standard, and the attention to detail is particularly evident in the decor. An excellent value for money and a truly comfortable stay.
This luxurious, spacious 250-square-meter vacation home features 4 bedrooms (1 queen-size, 2 king-size, and 2 single beds), 2.5 bathrooms, and a large open-concept living room with a pool right on the canal. If you ever feel like playing a game of pool, there’s a pool table in a separate room.
The living room, with its comfortable sofas and couches, features a large flat-screen TV with a modern surround sound system and a visually appealing backlight effect, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy get-togethers.
The large, open kitchen was designed with attention to detail and leaves nothing to be desired—from a panini toaster to a capsule coffee machine—everything you need is provided. It’s simply a pleasure to spend time here, with a view across the large pool terrace toward the canal. With a little luck, you might even spot a manatee swimming along the canal.
The bedrooms are all extremely tastefully, high-quality, and uniquely furnished. They offer ample storage space. Three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
The terrace and pool area face west—the preferred orientation in Florida for continuous bright sunlight and unforgettable sunsets while enjoying dinner and drinks. Both areas offer more space than usual and invite you to sunbathe and relax, as there are plenty of lounge chairs and seating available. The pool can be comfortably used year-round, as a solar-powered/electric pool heater is available even for the cooler winter months. The pool can also be illuminated. It is designed as a mild, chlorine-free saltwater pool, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin and eyes. An outdoor shower is available on the terrace, as is a barbecue grill. It’s ideal for grilling fresh fish, meat, and vegetables, all of which can be purchased in Cape Coral in the highest quality.
The extremely spacious master bathroom creates a sense of openness with two separate sinks, plenty of practical storage, a freestanding bathtub with jet nozzles, and a spacious and sophisticated walk-in shower.
The villa is also suitable for people with allergies, as all rooms have been tastefully tiled.
Location:
Despite being in an extremely quiet residential area, the villa has excellent central access: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and much more are in the immediate vicinity. You’ll have quick access to all major highways leading to Fort Myers (e.g., for shopping malls and the airport) or to the stunning beaches, such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva.
Since you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico via the canal, we recommend renting a boat. In Florida, no boat license is required, and the rented boat can be moored directly at the property’s private dock—for example, to head out to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva. You’ll encounter plenty of marine life along the way, and you’re sure to spot dolphins on every outing. Optionally, you can rent a nearly new, well-maintained, and sporty Yamaha motorboat at a discounted rate through the homeowner (see boat photos). It is always delivered directly to the property’s private dock, and the boat rental company can provide instruction upon request. Feel free to ask the property manager when booking the house—or even afterward—to find out if the boat is available at your desired time.

We had a wonderful stay. The house exceeded expectations! Very clean, easy check in - easy check out, the dock was beautiful every night and we even saw a stingray along with a lot of other wildlife. Pool area was clean and private. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Well stocked kitchen and a lot of beach necessities in the garage. Nice neighborhood for walks or bike rides and close proximity to activities and restaurants. Overall this stay was incredible and we can’t thank Ingrid enough for allowing us to stay!

I have never left a bad review but this will be my first. I booked this house just about a year in advance. Stated i was bringing pets. At the time it was 2, but adopted a dog that was going to be put down (3) When i returned home there wasnt a message thanking me for renting from them but a bill, no damage was done by the dogs. The first day we were there the sliding glass door hinge came out of the wall (we fixed it) the toilet paper holder broke (we fixed it) i guess this is to be expected from an older house. When sitting on the couch i hit my head on a MEDAL BAR in the couch cushion. This resulted in a huge knot on the back of my head and daily headaches. We did make the best of things and had a good time. When I informed the owner what happened, there was no apology (only after i called her out did she give a half hearted apology "im sorry but" why didn’t I tell her sooner about the couch. Like calling her at midnight would have changed everything. I messaged her as soon as i got home) that wasn’t quick enough apparently. I had no intention of making this public, but the owners attitude changed my mind. The house was fine, other than the safety hazard with the couch. The owners attitude is what i had an issue with, totally uncalled for. I've never had this kind of experience when renting a house and would never rent from them again. Her only concern was with the couch not with anyones safety.She also has her neighbors spy on you and report back to her when you leave.
