Todd is great host to communicate with. Everything was as described, in good working order, clean & organized. Instructions for check in, during stay & check out were clear. Plenty of linens.kitchen items to cook & beach gear too. Neighborhood was quiet & the rental is a quick drive to most anything you might need. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was excellent, truly. We couln't have been more happy. Communication with the host was easy, the pool was just right, everything was immaculate. We walked our dog in the neighborhood a few times a day and all the neighbors were friendly.
