The home itself is spacious and comfortable, with 2 king bedrooms, a bunk room and plenty of room for everyone. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The deck is the perfect place to soak up the sun and swim in the heated pool under a fully screened Lanai or sit on the Adirondack chairs on the while fishing off the dock! We provide 2 Kayaks with life jackets and 3 bikes to ride. Centrally located to downtown Ft Myers and Cape Coral.
The property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the fabulous amenities like a heated private Pool, AC, washer/dryer and high speed WiFi. The 3 Full bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers and showers for your convenience. Fall in love with Cape Coral and enjoy the magic it has to offer. We provide 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella , towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags and a mini hotel sized soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. It should be enough to start your stay, if you run out there are many nearby stores!

Wonderful family home - everything you could possibly want! The pool is perfect (even a bathroom with a shower beside the pool), yard and neighborhood are quiet, lots of parking, bikes, kayaks all great. Beds are super comfy, great open gathering spaces, kitchen / dining areas are perfect for family. Water views beautiful, great central location, furniture is comfortable, house has updated amenities and is clean and comfortable / welcoming. Master bath is really nicely done! Host was great. We will definitely be back - we have family in the area and this worked out perfectly.
