About this apartment rental
The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its HUGE private beach! -The areas largest- and family friendly amenities. When you’re not playing in the waves or relaxing on the beach, you can splash in the “splash zone”, swim in the beach front pool and hot tubs, grab a tropical drink and a grouper basket at the beach front bar and grill, or burn it off at the fitness center which overlooks the gulf!
We would be so excited to share our home away from home with you! We have put so many personal touches into our Unit 807. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to 6 and features a new comfy king size bed in the master, fun built-in bunks in the hallway, plus a sleeper in the spacious living room. I personally picked our luxurious sheets and pillows for the beds! One of my FAVORITE upgrades is the NEW furnace with a built in Reme Halo air purification system. This system is always filtering and cleaning the air in our unit.
We have an immune compromised child who is mild sensitive and having safe and clean mold free air in our unit was very important to us! We have also installed all new stainless steel appliances.
We’ve also taken time to upgrade kitchen utensils and cook wear, and added a Keurig for convenience.
Some of our personal extras, folding high chair, Pac n play, beach cart with chairs and body boards, and a Roku streaming device on both TVs.

Our complex is using a new system for parking. I have removed the parking fee from VRBO and you will be emailed a link to pay for your own parking pass/bands. PARKING WILL BE $50 one time fee for the pass. Armbands $7

Loved the location and I appreciated the strict security on the property! The condo had beach chairs and toys which was a great surprise! Only negatives were the moldy shower curtain and no broom available to sweep up sand in condo.

Everything was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. We loved the huge balcony, pool and splash pad. We did struggle getting the washer to operate correctly but after several attempts we got our stuff cleaned. It just took longer than expected. However with everything else being so nice it was only a slight inconvenience. 10/10 recommend this place! We will stay again!
