Clean, well equipped kitchen, good working aircon, free parking spots, quiete place (no road or other traffic). Very nice and welcoming host.
Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. We had to buy our own pillows at the supermarket to get some sleep. Bed is hard. The balcony cannot be used for the breakfast cause it is very hot and there is no sun shade for it. The shower is very uncomfortable and small. You can't move there at all.
