Nice quiet rooms by the road, 10 minutes walk from Plakias for beach and restaurants etc. Nice enough mountain view, private balconies and good self catering facilities. Friendly host and good wifi signal. There is plenty of parking, or a bus stop 5 minutes away, at the top of the hill.
I like these rooms and have stayed here before, it's a nice budget option with everything you need. Be aware it's near the road, but traffic noise stops by evening.

The owner was kind, the room was clean and really well equiped with all accesories for cooking. The terace was fine.and the bed comfortable and large.
Near thé main street in the evening a little bit noisy, but at night ( after 10 p.m) better.

Clean room and friendly owner.
The road is too close. I missed a table inside for having breakfast when bad weather.

The place is not too far from Plakias center but you need a car since there are no sidewalks on the streets nearby. The host is nice and friendly.
Too bad I had to change rooms after 2 nights for some reason, the first room was given to other guests. The second room had an inferior mattress and the balcony had less privacy. I did not understand why I was given this downgrade for the same price.
