It was a very complete apartment and the hosts worked with us very well to solve issues that were caused by info provided by the app (instead of the hosts).
Booking's distance info in the app is incorrect. The hosts provide info that is different from what booking does automatically. You need to bring your own sheets or order those separately, which isn't a problem, but would be nice for booking to show. The distance from Adventure Valley Durbuy is significantly further than Booking days, it's a 10 minute drive, not a 2 minute walk. The hosts worked with us wonderfully to solve issues here, but Booking needs to update their info!

Communication aisée avec les propriétaires (par messages, nous le les avons pas rencontrés), logement bien équipé, spacieux, convient tout à fait pour un court séjour dans la région. Endroit calme, à proximité de la ville de Durbuy.
L'appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais correct pour le prix. Assez mal insonorisé (autres appartements).

The apartment is well located, there other chalets in the surroundings, the fact that there is a lot of trees and green gives it a certain charm. The apartment is surprisingly spacious. Barvaux is very close, not touristic so doing groceries or eating out is just mingling with locals.
As any house/apartment, little things could be better. Some are more in the personal level and some other are more factual like the loose toilet cover or no instructions on how to handle garbage.

De kraan van de keuken staat los. De wc bril val op je rug zeker ongemakkelijk. Was niet zo netjes De stapel bedden voor kinderen missen afshutting, kinderen kunnen uit de bedden vallen.
