Great for a weekend with friends!

The house was ideal for a group of friends spending the weekend. We had plenty of space, it was well equipped in terms of commodities, the garden was huge and the fireplaces and the sauna really made the stay super nice! It's an ideal place to go for the weekend and relax with friends. It was even nicer that we did not had to pay attention noise wise as the wall are so thick. The person who received us was also very nice and friendly.

The house was not entirely finished, which is fine, but several doorknobs were off, plugs were down and the mattresses were not super comfy. We found several candy wrappers under beds and some not fully washed dishes in the cupboard. We also didn't like the fact that we made the booking trough Booking to be on the safe side, but the payment needs to be done trough another provider, which stressed us a bit but in the end it all went well.

Tot rust komen in deze woning

Vriendelijke beheerders, gaven veel uitleg Ruim + ruime bedden + veel toiletten en douches Proper, bedden roken naar zeep. Sauna Rustige buurt Grote tuin met bbq en tuintafel en stoelen Keuken heeft genoeg spullen We mochten later uitchecken wat echt aangenaam was, heel erg bedankt nog!

Heerlijk weekend gehad in Durbuy

De grote living ,met houtkachel en het aanwezige brandhout, het ruim aanwezige servies ( borden, schalen etc), de drie douches die er zijn. Mooie ligging en uitzicht vanuit zithoek.

Er een paar kleine aspecten die verbeterd kunnen worden; - een beschrijving voor bediening oven, we kwamen er niet goed uit hoe deze werkte. - de verlichting in de slaapkamer beneden. Konden niet de schakelaar vinden van de lampjes boven het bed. Geboekt bij booking.com en geen informatie over beddengoed, keuken linnen en de schoonmaakkosten. Staat bij booking.com altijd vermeld en daardoor verrast over de bijkomende kosten.

Ruime woning nabij Durbuy / Ardennen. Voldoende ruimte voor 6-8 personen

Woning heeft onderhoud nodig (deurkrukken ontbreken, vaatwasser staat los, lampen defect etc.) en sommige meubels mogen wel eens vervangen worden. (Banken zitten door, stapelbed wiebelt etc.). Verhuurder kan zelf niet klussen. Dus in de verhuurperiode is er niets gedaan met onze meldingen.

De ligging, goed geisoleerd, je hoort niks, enkel de fluitende vogels.

De douches, het zijn massagedouches, maar elke doucheruimte staat volledig onder water, na een douche. Tip naar de eigenaar: glazen wanden.

mooi verblijf voor een groep

Mooie locatie en veel ruimte. Open haard met voldoende brandhout en ook fijn dat de hond mee kon. gezellig appartement voor max. 8 personen, kleine slaapkamer met stapelbed is alleen geschikt voor kleinere kinderen.

De kamer met het tweepersoonsbed is onder de maat. Het stapelbed was slecht en de deur sloot niet, het sluitwerk zat los en paste niet goed. de verwarming op de slaapkamers werkte niet, knoppen defect.

Gegend wunderschön, Haus leider lieblos heruntergewirtschaftet

Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Durbuy city ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Haus, es ist ein Reihenhaus (was nicht erwähnt wird), liegt recht ruhig inmitten der Natur. In der Nähe gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die es wert sind besucht zu werden. Belgien ist übrigens ein ganz tolles Urlaubsland, die Menschen sehr freundlich.

- schwarzer Schimmen in allen Bädern - Backofen, Spülmaschine, Dunstabzugshaube, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Kühlschrankfächer gebrochen - Steckdosen teilw. rausgerissen - Türklinke defekt - Gardinenstange Wohnzimmer abgerissen - Fliegennetz abgerissen - Möbel defekt - Briefkasten hängt schief - Gartenmöbel unbrauchbar - Grill verrostet und von Efeu überwuchert - und und und Zur Begrüßung durften wir erst warten (30min) bis der Sohn, der im Nachbarhaus verpennt hatte, uns die Tür aufgemacht hat. Sein Vater, der das eigentliche Sagen hat, hat erst alles als übertrieben abgetan, dann aber doch einen Handwerker bestellt, der einen Teil der Schäden behob. Wir sollten uns nicht so anstellen, es wäre ja kein Hotel... (zur Aufklärung: wir buchen oft über bookink (Genius Status 3) und haben so etwas noch nie erlebt und sind sowas weder von zuhause noch von Urlauben gewohnt). Bloß nicht in dieses Haus fahren! Es ist total heruntergewirtschaftet und lieblos geführt. Scheinbar soll es nur Geld machen.
