Fabulous

The house is clean and tidy and has many modern facilities like a playstation 4, boardgames, large oven, freezer and fridge. There was nothing we needed that was not there. Also the house, although modernised, still contains very cool old parts like the stone stairwell.

It takes a long time to heat up the house and the floors stayed cold the whole weekend. Bring thick socks!

Pas op!! Je krijgt je borg niet terug!

Stelletje oplichters. Huisje goed achtergelaten, maar ze zoeken naar redenen om je borg in te houden. Zogenaamde vlekken op dekbedden en daardoor ‘moeten ze nieuwe kopen, want komt door jou’. Echt schandalige verhuurders! Allemaal extra kosten: elektra, borg (die je niet terug krijgt), bedlinnen enz. Je denkt een mooie prijs te hebben - achteraf gewoon duur!

De ligging is zeer goed. Dichtbij het centrum van Durbuy

Het gazon ! Zeer teleurstellend, mijn dochtertje is geprikt geweest door de bijen in het hoge gras van de tuin (echt geen verzorgde tuin ,denken ook dat er een bijennest zit in dat gras ) wat spijtig is. + de bijkomende kosten die ze van je borg trekken. Huisje is ook wat aan de kleine kant voor een grote groep.

Achterstallig onderhoud! De tuin was verwilderd, gazon niet gemaaid. De parasol was versleten. Kapot glas in de tuindeur.

Proper huis, perfecte locatie, afgesloten gezellig tuintje met leuke zithoek.

Eetplaats en salon zijn wat aan de kleine kant als je met 8 personen bent.

Perfect gelegen huisje in durbuy

Ideale ligging praktisch huisje, perfect omheinde tuin voor onze hond. Ruime privé parking. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantie in het mooie durbuy.

Mocht properder gepoetst worden bij aankomst, gedragen boxershort van vorige huurders gevonden in slaapkamer. vonden we echt niet kunnen. Veel straatverkeer hoorbaar als je in de slaapkamer langs de straat slaapt.

Vriendenweekend in Durbuy

Mooie woning met een perfecte ligging, aan de rand van Durbuy. Het is een sfeervol huisje met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het is voorzien van genoeg faciliteiten.

Woonkamer is klein. Er is maar plaats voor 4 personen. Dat is een beetje vreemd voor een 8 persoons huisje. Ook was het niet schoon; veel stof en bestek en servies was niet schoon. Ook is het systeem van extra kosten overdreven. De huurprijs is al hoog genoeg om al deze kosten te dekken (energie, handdoeken, beddengoed)
