It has everything that you need near by even local restaurants.
The pool was closed and I had no idea prior to arrival.

The location is great. I love the terrace area-it had great furniture options to relax, or eat outside right up on the beach. It was nice to have the upstairs and downstairs area and two bathrooms, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The facility was clean and there were even shampoos, soaps, etc there for you to use. Host was extremely responsive before and during the trip-response time was very quick!
Nothing we didn't like about the host's property. The facility overall is in need of some repairs. The gym is worthless (obviously not the host's fault)-but it was full of missing and broken equipment and no air flow.

The location is fantastic - it's right on the beach, and it offers a tremendous amount of space in such a great location. The valet parking is a necessity; unfortunately, that makes it a little bit of a backup, and it tends to have a very family-oriented crowd of people.
I rented from a real estate company that is solely digital, and they changed my room hours before arrival. It was very disappointing.
