THIS IS A UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN!!! The beach house is located at the base of an oceanfront condo hotel with all the amenities you can expect : pool, fitness, tennis, security, restaurant, convenience stores etc.....
The Building :
Castle Beach Hotel and Residences, formerly a Hilton and then the Playboy hotel, is the ideal choice for your vacation in Miami Beach.
The building is located on "Millionaires Row" on Collins Ave (A1A) in Miami Beach and just a few minutes away from world class restaurants, shops and nightlife. The Art Deco District & famous South Beach are a short drive away including Miami Beach Convention Center, Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino.
Castle Beach Hotel and Residences offer amenities such as an in-house restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), a convenience store, laundromat, large pool with Tiki bar (Now under construction) Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and, at additional cost, the Russian & Turkish Baths!
Our Townhouse:
Relax and rejuvenate on your private terrace overlooking a stunning white sandy beach.
Our private Townhouse is located directly on the beach. Just step off the terrace and onto the sand. We are a fully equipped vacation home and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Townhouse has floor to ceiling windows and includes 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen TV, Atlantic Broadband cable and high speed internet, a DVD player, 2 accent chairs, cabinets for clothing, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The main living area is located on the lower beach level and is equipped with 2 sofa beds (convertible into queen size beds for 2 people each), coffee nesting tables, a large flat screen TV, Atlantic Broadband cable and high speed internet, a DVD player and a modern dining table that seats 6.
The kitchen, located on the lower beach level, has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, standard appliances; refrigerator, microwave stove and oven, white-lacquered cabinets, and is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, pots & pans and various cooking utensils. The second full bathroom is located just off the kitchen and also includes a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms (upper and lower) have been completely remodeled and include luxurious modern finishes.
There is also a stackable washer and dryer set inside our Townhouse and is conveniently located adjacent to the bathroom on the lower beach level. All Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.
The Townhouse is bright and sunny, with lots of closet space for luggage and valulables.
The floor plan is very convenient with sleeping areas and bathrooms located on each level. The spacious 500 sq.ft. Private terrace is located just off the main living area and includes lounging deckchairs, outdoor dining table and a sun umbrella.
JUST OPEN THE GATE FROM THE PRIVATE TERRACE AND YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!
Additional outdoor feature includes a newly installed beachwalk pathway where you can walk, run or ride a bike. There is also a large outdoor kids playground area and just one block south of the building.
We offer one VALET parking space with your booking at no additional charge for the duration of your reservation.

From world-famous Art Deco architecture to renowned nightclubs, there is so much to do in Miami Beach. We came for a sister trip. The location is a 10/10–right in beach and boardwalk to run or walk! The amentities/place was adequate & clean but a little run down. You are are a mile or less from many places to buy groceries or eat etc. The complex (old hotel) that houses the condo unit is very outdated and a quirky/gritty vibe (ie random establishments/stores in the basement and just an odd vibe. I will say though, also houses in the basement of complex is a Turkish bath that has a cult following and my sisters said was incredible. All in all, an amazing location, adequate condo, and an odd vibe if in the lobby. Miami Beach was amazing

There is always some negatives in everything . For me , it was a positive and great experience staying on this property. Here are a few I felt it’s great to stay in this property.1) south beach location is great . Access to the beach is unmatched.2) Rooms were clean and well kept . I do agree on few things on the review but not a biggie.3) the host Jeff is very accommodating and always responsive . Ready to help anytime .4) very very safe as the location is in the heart and seconds from the boardwalk.5) the host had beach chairs which were very useful.6) all appliances were in working order.7) valet parking was useful. 8) towels and beach towels were plenty.For me it was all about safety and we felt very safe and was able to walk at night without worrying for anything .

The unit was referred to as a beach house/town house. It is in a large dated hotel with some condo units that are accessed on a hall. It is not free standing. The positive- million dollar view and great beach access. The bed was comfortable and the downstairs shower had great pressure. The negative- no coffee, no shampoo or body wash, a roach crawling across the floor. Not sound proof. Valet parking was very slow. Unit needs paint and updating.
