THIS IS A UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN!!! The beach house is located at the base of an oceanfront condo hotel with all the amenities you can expect : pool, fitness, tennis, security, restaurant, convenience stores etc.....
The Building :
Castle Beach Hotel and Residences, formerly a Hilton and then the Playboy hotel, is the ideal choice for your vacation in Miami Beach.
The building is located on "Millionaires Row" on Collins Ave (A1A) in Miami Beach and just a few minutes away from world class restaurants, shops and nightlife. The Art Deco District & famous South Beach are a short drive away including Miami Beach Convention Center, Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino.
Castle Beach Hotel and Residences offer amenities such as an in-house restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), a convenience store, laundromat, large pool with Tiki bar (Now under construction) Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and, at additional cost, the Russian & Turkish Baths!
Our Townhouse:
Relax and rejuvenate on your private terrace overlooking a stunning white sandy beach.
Our private Townhouse is located directly on the beach. Just step off the terrace and onto the sand. We are a fully equipped vacation home and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Townhouse has floor to ceiling windows and includes 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, flat screen TV, Atlantic Broadband cable and high speed internet, a DVD player, 2 accent chairs, cabinets for clothing, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The main living area is located on the lower beach level and is equipped with 2 sofa beds (convertible into queen size beds for 2 people each), coffee nesting tables, a large flat screen TV, Atlantic Broadband cable and high speed internet, a DVD player and a modern dining table that seats 6.
The kitchen, located on the lower beach level, has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, standard appliances; refrigerator, microwave stove and oven, white-lacquered cabinets, and is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, pots & pans and various cooking utensils. The second full bathroom is located just off the kitchen and also includes a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms (upper and lower) have been completely remodeled and include luxurious modern finishes.
There is also a stackable washer and dryer set inside our Townhouse and is conveniently located adjacent to the bathroom on the lower beach level. All Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.
The Townhouse is bright and sunny, with lots of closet space for luggage and valulables.
The floor plan is very convenient with sleeping areas and bathrooms located on each level. The spacious 500 sq.ft. Private terrace is located just off the main living area and includes lounging deckchairs, outdoor dining table and a sun umbrella.
JUST OPEN THE GATE FROM THE PRIVATE TERRACE AND YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!
Additional outdoor feature includes a newly installed beachwalk pathway where you can walk, run or ride a bike. There is also a large outdoor kids playground area and just one block south of the building.
We offer one VALET parking space with your booking at no additional charge for the duration of your reservation.

The check-in process was pretty frustrating. The host didn’t provide any check-in information ahead of time, so I had to contact him twice and eventually reach out to VRBO. He only responded after VRBO contacted him. He mentioned there was a medical emergency, which I completely understand can happen, but I had also tried reaching out about four hours before check-in without any response.The place itself was mostly just somewhere to sleep at night, though the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom shower, which definitely needs attention. There also weren’t any checkout instructions provided. We planned to wash the towels and bed sheets before leaving, but there wasn’t any detergent available.Overall, I’d give it about a 3-star experience. Nothing personal against the host — better communication and some improvement to the bathroom would make a big difference.

This place was beautiful. Owners have taken care of their unit will. The view from the bedroom is awesome. The owners had several items in the unit that was there for your use. (chairs, buckets, floats) The beach was nice and not crowded which is always a plus. Biggest issue with the property is the property itself. Valet is nice, but very inefficient and rude. They were very short with you and kinda pushy. Front desk is slow and acted like they didnt want to be there. Other than those issues, it was a nice place to stay once you got past that. We would stay there again.

Overall a great experience. Location was fantastic with easy access to the beach. There was no soap or shampoo for either bathrooms, but luckily we brought our own. Having the washer and dryer was a game changer compared to staying at a hotel. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, and clean overall. Valet parking was typical for this resort, slow during peak times. We waited an hour last night for our car, other residents complained about there experience during these peak hours. Aside from that, the valet were courteous and quick at other times. No reflection on the townhome property, just a comment on Castle Beach.Would we stay here again, absolutely! The owners were very responsive and kind. The unit itself was very quiet, we never heard the neighbors next to us. It was a peaceful getaway and would be ideal for a small family or couple that need a break from daily life and escape to the tranquility of the beach. Tough to leave, but hopefully it will be available again for us next year.

Excellent position right on the beachfront.Good kitchen, but property has seen better days, furniture bit dated with delaminated kitchen cabinet doors, generally clean but missed some cleaning, glasses, cups and cutlery mismatch of odds and ends. Decoration ok but some parts quite dirty such as around sockets etc. Shower downstairs was excellent but upstairs shower quite poor in power and ease of operation.
