La ubicación y el departamento era súper completo y espacioso, además, la atención de Pablo y Cecilia impecable estuvieron muy atentos y amables a todas nuestras necesidades incluso hasta la hora que llegamos que fue bastante tarde en la noche. Habia una cortina que no funcionaba y Pablo enseguida mando a repararla.

La atención de la recepción y la demora del valet parking

Pablo was amazing he was so attentive & kind. The place was comfortable & clean. The shower is different and that took some getting used to. Pablo however helped with all questions

You can’t get your Amazon packages. I had one that delivered with a picture & they denied it was there. They had me speak to security who was extremely rude and condescending. She yelled at me and never came back to finish helping me. On the day of check out I asked the front desk again which was different staff and it was miraculously there and they let me get it outside of package hours. This was extremely upsetting that the front desk & security treated me terrible on the day after arrival. Pablo was so kind during all of this. Security also by the pool was very rude to my friend’s daughter. No one told us you had to wear a cover up through the hotel. She went down in her bikini and they wouldn’t let her back to our room without a towel which wasn’t provided and they weren’t in the room. So she finally let her go but was very rude about it. She made her feel bad for something she didn’t know.
