Walking distance to the famous Lincoln Rd and Ocean dr!

Please note this is our HOME , not the hotel , please treat it like your home.
Please respect our check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in no earlier then 3PM (Early check in upon availability)
• Check-out no later then 10AM (If not respected $50 fee for rescheduling cleaning service)
Please take trash out daily (to find trash bins, exit from elevator on the first floor to the right, and exit through the second gray door)
• NO SAND AT THE APARTMENT
• No parties or events
• No noise/loud music after 10pm
• No smoking inside ($500 fine)
• No extra guests without approval
• Don't store trash in the apartment for days please.
Kindly ask you to use trash chute
