We had a super time at Raval House. The staff were all friendly and polite, Erica and her colleagues went out of their way to help us. A added bonus with the roof top pool, the breakfast is basic yet very tasty with plenty of selection for my dietary requirements. The location is so close to all the attractions, we didn’t have any issues with pickpockets. I would definitely stay here again 👍

Breakfast, location and room cannot be beat for the price. Very short walk from Las Ramblas. Service was 10/10 and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

The reception staff in this hotel are the rudest, most incompetent and unhelpful I have ever experienced.
They made us feel so unwelcome the whole time we were there. They kept forgetting who we were and interrogated us about why we were there. One time we asked for two taxis for our group and they booked them for different destinations so we ended up separated in Barcelona. They also kept deactivating our keys and refused to give more.
There is a man in particular who works the reception desk in the night and he was vile to us.
The hotel itself is clean, the AC is cold and the breakfast is good. The cleaning staff are so lovely and great at their jobs. Location is great too.
I wouldn’t recommend it for young people who want to enjoy themselves in Barcelona. It felt like a school trip with the teachers telling you to have lights out.
