Well-equipped, properly heated, pretty clean, and in a convenient location for public transport. The bed was okay, but nothing special
I didn’t like the marijuana smell coming from the first floor near my room, which made me uncomfortable. Toilet paper was limited and left in the guest room instead of the bathroom. The first-floor tenant was rude, and combined with the weed smell, it made me want to leave.

It was clean, comfortable and organised. The owner has perfectly laid out notes everywhere for help, but otherwise is very responsive if you’ve any questions. It’s a nice and quiet place
Everything was nice but I think the cancellation policy is very strict. It just allows few days window after your booking for cancellation

Easy to find my key and access. 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and a decent sized room. Bed was comfortable, enough towels. Room had a table and chair and there was a sitting area downstairs.
Kitchen was ok, but pans were worn and didn't make contact with the induction plates. Also bread toaster was moldy. This was surprising, since everything else was very well taken care of.

- Le quartier n'est pas très fréquentable. - L'état de certains murs et plafonds est à rafraîchir : il y a des tâches et fissures. - L'isolation : on entend les voisins à l'extérieur et l'intérieur de la maison. - Chambre petite si vous êtes en duo.
