About this house rental
Its a two bedroom house which can can be home for up to 7 people. It has a laundry area, kitchen, dinning area, living room, spacious bathroom and an inviting porch with a coffee plantation view. The best thing its all private just for travelers and us! It has a very nice BBQ area with swings which can be used as much as people want! We enjoy meetting new cultures and hope people that come and visit enjoy our town and culture love it as much as we do.

We enjoyed our stay at the Star House where the view was wonderful and the surroundings peaceful. The house is comfortable and all this contributed to our great stay.

Star House was amazing. The location was great, the view was incredible, the house and amenities were wonderful, we’d definitely come back and recommend to anyone traveling in the Monteverde area.

The listing for this property is called The Coffee View House. We drove around for over an hour trying to find the place. We asked taxi drivers and stopped locals asking for The Coffee view House. Nowhere in the check in instructions does it mention a sign for The Star House. We tried calling Zabrina dozens of times to get directions and her phone went directly to VM
By luck we found the place and knew it was the right house because we recognized the picture hanging in the front bedroom from the photos posted. Also we had to call another number to get the wifi password because it is not starhouse as listed on the instructions on the counter. That is when we learned Zabrina was in the States and why she did not answer our calls. I recommend that if the contact person is not available that the information for the other contact person be provided before we get to the house.
After we finally found the place it was wonderful. Exactly as advertised (except the name).
We would go back to The Star House again.
