About this apartment rental
Fully furnished condo located in Waterside North on Coquina Key,(www.watersideatcoquinakey.com) From our large brick patio you can watch shore birds and marine life including dolphins. Walk 10 steps from our gate and look down to see what the morning surprise is, maybe a manatee or ray! The patio is cool and shaded much of the day for your comfort. We provide a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and more. Fishing permitted but byo fishing gear. Inside is a comfortable living area, full kitchen with coffee maker, instant pot and more to make life easy. Television with cable and WiFi. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with your option of king or two twins, we also have an inflatable queen mattress for overnight guests, all linens provided. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Central heat and air conditioning. Chairs, cooler and towels provided for beach adventures. Security gate at Condo complex entrance and parking just outside the front door. Tenant has full access to condo community features including pool, sauna, fitness center, events, clubhouse, walking paths and kayak launch point. In addition our sister complex on the other side of the island invites our tenants to yacht club events, and facilities. Quiet and feels like home. 15 minutes to beaches, downtown St. Petersburg restaurants and night life, Tropicana Stadium, shops and more.

I stayed here with my family for 35 days. It was a great place with an awesome view. Close to downtown St. Pete and the pier. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Great view on the water. Very nice pool. Laundromat close by. Close to many attractions and good restaurants. Property owner was very responsive to any problems that arose.

The apartment is as pictured. Coquina Key is a nice complex in a gated community. Kathi sent us a full set of nice pots & pans for cooking since we didn’t find any in the apartment. Thank you for that, Kathi.
The apartment is a very basic unit. It seems outfitted w/ the minimum to make it an okay rental. (There were items that needed repair, like the dining room closet off the hinges. Kathi said it would be repaired, which is nice). Instructions for accessing the Wi-Fi would have been helpful; the network name I received wasn’t correct. I finally happened on hand-scrawled codes on the refrigerator that didn’t reference anything, but some sleuthing made it work. Instructions for accessing the cable would have been helpful, since navigating all apps on TV to figure it out was tedious & frustrating. The suggestion was to call the cable company. A simple sheet of clear instructions for how things work would help welcome all guests. I hope this helps improve things for future visitors.
I’ve stayed at other rentals that are very nice, w/ high quality as well as interest in guests’ ease of use & comfort. But if you are looking for an economical place, this is okay.
