The owner is very nice and accommodating. We booked this at the last minute so it worked out fine.

Th fact that it has three bedrooms and three baths. Tho location is good.

The apartment building is run down. The apartment could have been cleaner. The couches are old, ripped and not comfortable. However - the bathrooms seem to be the most updated part of the apartments and are very nice.

Superb

Great location with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby which can be a bit noisy as people are sitting outside but it creates a nice atmosphere of a big city. Metro and bus stop as less than 10 min walk which was just fine for Paris. The apartment is spacious and it easily accommodated 7 people. The building has no elevator but the flat is on the 1st floor so it wasn't that challenging to get our suitcases to the flat.

Please be aware you have to pay 500€ deposit when arriving which is understandable taking what type of flat this is into the consideration. However, Clement was nice and provided many options how you can pay for this (Paypal, cash, Revolut) and sent money back immediately after the cleaners confirmed everything was okay with the flat.

Nightmare in a dirty and stinky flat

Apartment stinks!, When we arrived cleaner was cleaning apartment (we arrived before check in time) we left our luggage and went sightseeing, when we come back in the evening it turned out that bedclothes were still wet and smells musty the same towels, the apartment was dirty, there was rubbish in the bins and used tampon!!! Cleaner quickly washed bedclothes and towels after previous guests, it must've been quick wash because it was still dirty. There was wet laundry in the cupboard and in the washing machine! Floor was sticky, sofa dirty with stains and table in the kitchen extremally dirty. It was late so we spent terrible night sleeping in stinky bedclothes, using towels not properly washed after previous guests, nightmare! The next day I called the owner and told him we were leaving but instead of understanding we received complains that we should've informed him in the evening and he wanted to send again cleaner!!! We did not want to waste more of our holiday looking at this terrible place, it was impossible to clean it within one day and that terrible smell of wet laundry!!!. We moved out to the hotel and lost our money because the owner did not refund us anything. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! The flat was definitely not ready for guests and considering COVID time it is dangerous to stay there.

Luxurious appartment with best Host

Never had such a caring host as David! We booked super last minute and very late but he and his team we're super fast at cleaning and preparing everything for our stay. He showed up with a whole bag of drinks and snacks and his other helpers we're also very friendly! The apparment itself is amazing and very luxurious! We loved the smart TV, the washing machine with an integrated tumble drying program and the illuminzied mirrors. Also everything was super clean! Additionally the apparment is close to two different metro stations, several busses, late night shops and regular supermarkets. Finally, the area in which the apparment is located is interesting as well - lots of cafés and restaurants! 100% recommended!
