About this house rental
Just 2 short blocks to beach and 6 to restaurants. Kitchen/living area on top floor for best ocean views. Large deck for outside dining and a screened porch and Half bath. Down 1 level to King master, Queen guest, (both with walk out decks) and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 full baths and laundry. Downstairs on pool level, picnic table, grilling area (park style charcoal), hot & cold outside shower, fish cleaning station with hot and cold water, and covered parking. This level also has a toilet for convenience. Pool can be heated for a fee when night temp is 60 or above in spring (March, April, May) and fall (September, October, November) months heated to 85. The temp during the winter is normally to cold to heat the pool. Great pool area, you actually have room around the pool to enjoy even if not in the pool. We say 2 short blocks to the beach because the blocks on the island are 8 to 11 homes wide but only 2 deep so it is a short walk. While we do not require trip insurance, we do recommend it. No smoking and No pets. We only allow 6 people (4 adults) and 2 autos on the property at any time. Check in info will be sent to the email address you provided about a week before arrival. If you use an work email address make sure it can receive attachments.

The surfing sea turtle is our very favorite place! It’s the perfect place to relax but still be close enough to the beach you can walk or have a short golf cart ride. The pool is a huge bonus after a hot day. The house has everything you need. We had one minor issue that I made the owner aware of and he quickly reached out and had housekeeping stop by. Deb was so nice and texted us updates of her visit. Very impressive. We can’t wait to come back.

Great home in a great location! Our family has stayed on the island a handful of times and this was our favorite home. The home was clean and exactly as described. Well stocked and plenty of room for our family of 6. Beach is just 2 short blocks away. Pool is great to have as a second option for those days you just want to hang around the house.

This property is a fabulous place to stay! The views were awesome, the pool was fantastic and the property manager very responsive. We had an issue in secondary bathroom with shower and the came out same day on our schedule and fixed it right up. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooks with lots of pans and utensils! The only thing that is bothersome (and it was not a deal breaker for me) is the three flights of stairs to take all of your food goodies up to the third level where kitchen is located, but did I mention the views? And so close to the beach as well, easily walkable!
